- Communications Infrastruture
Kumi District is served by all the major five telephone service providers which include MTN, Zain, UTL, WARID, and Orange. It also receives all the daily news papers in the country and it has got one radio station located within the town and being served by a cross array of signals from other stations outside the district including the national broadcaster UBC. We also receive signals of three TV stations; UBC, NTV and Step.
